Money operations no longer need a person to see them through.
SettleOps takes over execution and oversight. Your team steps in only where their input is actually needed.
Manage money operations, not the logic that executes them.
You define the operation. SettleOps runs it all the way to a final state.
- 01Run an action
- 02Wait for an event
- 03Run the next action
- 04Check the result
Describe the scenario for a complex operation. SettleOps takes over its execution.
Group related operations
BatchingCombine related payments and payouts into a single managed operation.
Wait for an external decision
External decisionPause the operation, wait for an external system's decision, then resume execution automatically.
Repeat operations on a schedule
RecurringRun recurring money operations without manually checking every run.
Automatic execution all the way to a final state
SettleOps handles execution errors and failures: it applies the configured retry and failover policies automatically, so the operation keeps moving without manual intervention.
Retries actions that failed temporarily.
Fails over to a backup execution channel when the policy allows it.
Completes the operation according to the execution outcome and the defined rules.
Execution policies are set when the operation is created. SettleOps applies them automatically and takes the operation to a final state by the defined rules.

Automation without losing control
Every operation explains itself. The console shows its state, the actions taken and its execution history. Webhooks deliver the same changes straight into your product.

What we do and how we measure the result
We run the pilot on your real process: we record the baseline before the start and assess the result against a clear, measurable success criterion.
- Duration
- 2–4 weeks
- Your process
- One scenario where manual work and failures create the heaviest operational load.
- Baseline
- Measured before the start: operations per month, number of failures, and touches per operation.
- Success criterion
- Share of operations with no manual intervention, and the number of touches and failures before and after moving to SettleOps
- Price
- A fixed fee for each operation created.
Frequently asked questions
What is an operation? Is it a payment or a payout?
An operation is a container for financial actions: payments, refunds and payouts. It usually maps to a business transaction in your product. For example, an apartment rental deal consists of the tenant's payment and the payout to the owner.
Is this some kind of payment gateway?
No. SettleOps is an operational payments layer that sits between your product and payment gateways. It runs the whole operation and routes payments, refunds and payouts through rails that are already connected, providing orchestration, oversight and resilience.
Which payment methods and scenarios are supported today?
Payments, refunds and payouts for the B2C payment systems Mir and SBP. Scenarios: a group of related payments and payouts, an operation that waits for an external system's decision after a payment or payout, and recurring operations on a schedule.
What do you need from us for the pilot?
Integrating your product with SettleOps via the API or SDK, plus baseline metrics: how many operations you run per month and how many manual touches and failures each one takes today.
How do we measure the result?
Two numbers, before and after: the share of operations closed with no manual intervention, and the average number of touches per operation.
What if the pilot doesn't work out?
We part ways at the end of the pilot or sooner. Removing the integration is a single step.
